Axeptio has announced the launch of Axeptio Academy, a dedicated training platform designed to enhance professional expertise in consent management and the technical application of Axeptio’s technology. Available online, the platform allows users to assess their skills and—for those in the premium track—earn an official Axeptio Certificate of Completion.
Developed to address the growing complexity of data protection and compliance, Axeptio Academy provides diverse educational content to help businesses, marketing teams, and agencies better understand and leverage consent management solutions.

Providing Foundational Training for All
The platform is currently structured around two distinct training tracks. The first one is open to all audiences, regardless of whether they are current Axeptio clients. This foundational course covers the platform's core principles and daily operations, including successful integration, mastering back-office features, and navigating the full Axeptio product suite—covering Brands, Publishers, and Terms.
Empowering Agencies Through a Premium Track
A second, premium track has been specifically engineered to meet the needs of agencies and technical experts managing multiple client accounts.
This curriculum dives deeper into multi-regulatory integration and advanced technical challenges, such as managing consent across multi-domain environments or executing highly customised implementations.
Axeptio’s Customer Success teams and technical engineers drew directly from agency feedback to tailor these modules to real-world requirements. The goal is to provide the knowledge base necessary to become a true expert on the solution.

Axeptio Academy also includes awareness modules regarding major international data protection regulations, including Europe’s GDPR, Quebec’s Law 25, and California’s CCPA. Rather than offering a legal course, the objective is to help users adopt best practices when entering new markets, encouraging them to research local regulatory specificities and consult legal experts when necessary.
Throughout the program, participants can validate their progress through integrated tests and assessments. Upon completing all modules, they receive a Certificate of Completion and a badge for their LinkedIn profile to showcase their proficiency.

Creating an Interactive Learning Experience
To improve engagement and retention, the platform’s content combines several educational formats: instructional videos, comics, interactive quizzes, and practical activities.
The training is currently available in both English and French to support Axeptio users across different international markets.
The platform has already been tested by a pilot group of twenty clients.
