OKAST selects Axeptio to strengthen its consent management strategy across Europe

Paris, France – June 2, 2025 — As part of its continued growth across Europe, OKAST, a leading international provider of white-label platforms for live streaming, video-on-demand, and FAST channels, has announced a strategic partnership with Axeptio, the European consent management solution. Through this alliance, OKAST will recommend and integrate Axeptio for Publishers (CMP), across its video streaming environments.

Okast x Axeptio Partnership

With FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) and AVOD (Advertising Video on Demand) channels gaining significant traction among publishers and audiences alike, OKAST—the tech partner behind more than 600 FAST channels and OTT platform launches worldwide for clients such as SECOM, Mediawan, THEMA (Canal+ Group), Le Figaro Live, INA, TV Monaco, and Unifrance—is helping publishers meet the growing challenges of both compliance and monetization.

By adopting Axeptio for Publishers, a CMP fully compliant with the IAB Europe’s Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) and with key international data privacy regulations (including the GDPR in Europe, the nFADP in Switzerland, and the Quebec’s Law 25), OKAST has selected a partner able to bridge privacy protection, ad performance and user experience in a regulatory landscape that’s constantly evolving.

A first milestone in this collaboration was already achieved with the successful integration of Axeptio's solution into “My TV Europe”, the free streaming app developed by Bouygues Telecom. Available on iOS and Android, the app offers a wide selection of live channels, documentaries, and multi-language content.

My TV Europe’s GDPR compliance is made possible by the integration of Axeptio’s mobile SDK, which enables transparent consent management for users across the European market.

Following this initial implementation, OKAST now plans to recommend the CMP to all OKAST customer websites. Axeptio is also exploring future adaptations of the solution to address the evolving needs of the Connected TV (CTV) market—a move that could benefit OKAST’s broader ecosystem.

This strategy is part of the ASAP4EU European consortium, created and supported by OKAST, and including Broadpeak, Titan OS, and Impresa. Axeptio's selection as a CMP aligns with the consortium's strategic objective of providing the market with innovative solutions that highlight its expertise in ensuring transparency within the advertising sector.

« In a regulatory environment subject to change, it is essential to rely on solutions that guarantee compliance while respecting European digital sovereignty. The implementation of Axeptio's solution across all OKAST customers and its integration within the ASAP4EU consortium represents a substantial advancement in establishing a responsible digital environment, serving the interests of publishers and citizens alike. » — Cedric Monnier, CEO & Co-founder, OKAST

« We’re proud to support OKAST in its mission to reshape the streaming industry in Europe. Their decision to adopt Axeptio for Publishers reflects our ability to deliver a CMP that’s grounded in the day-to-day realities of publishers. » — Jerome Perani, Chief Revenue Officer, Axeptio
